- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Background in upscale casual dining or similar concepts
- Strong understanding of operational systems and processes
- A positive, hospitality-driven personality with attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
- Leading and managing all aspects of Front of House operations
- Ensuring exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
- Building and maintaining a high-performing service team through recruitment and retention
- Handling scheduling, forecasting, and labor management
- Conducting daily pre-shift meetings and fostering ongoing team training and development
