Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints.
- Temp-to-Hire Position
- Fully on-site in Livermore, CA.
- $24-26.00 Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures in all interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.
- Strong attention to detail.
