As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support our Talent Acquisition efforts. This includes representing MedStar Health at onsite events, managing job postings, generating reports, and working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and leadership. You will play an essential role in coordinating key recruitment activities and contributing to ongoing projects.

This position has a hiring range of $23.19 - $40.61

Primary Responsibilities:
- Event Representation: Represent MedStar Health at onsite job fairs, career events, and recruitment activities in the Washington DC, Maryland, and northern VA regions throughout the year. During peak seasons (mainly spring and fall), may attend up to 4 onsite events per week.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and register Talent Acquisition for job fairs and events, maintain and update the Talent Acquisition career fair event calendar using Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate, manage, and distribute various reports and activity trackers to provide insights into recruitment efforts.
- Job Board Management: Oversee job board postings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and distribute activity reports related to postings.
- Administrative Support: Support new hire sign-on bonus and retention programs. Assist with scheduling phone screens and interviews for Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers using Microsoft Outlook and Teams. May draft and send offer letters to new hires.
- Applicant Tracking: Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review, update, and maintain applicant data, ensuring compliance with departmental processes and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, TA Leadership, and other key stakeholders to support departmental goals and initiatives.
- Backup Support: Provide backup support to the Talent and Technology Coordinator when needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- One year of experience in human resources, administrative support, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and compliance standards
