Job Title: Manufacturing Associate - Simulator Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Associate to join our team! As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for assembling our simulators from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build simulators according to established procedures and quality standards
• Ensure accurate and precise assembly of all components and sub-assemblies
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or other related fields is highly valued
• Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints is essential for understanding simulator designs and assembly procedures
• Knowledge of assembly processes and procedures is necessary for efficient and accurate simulator construction
• Ability to handle a physical workload, including standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the assembly process
