You Are:

You are a seasoned SAP professional with a deep expertise in SAP FICO S/4 HANA solutions. You have a strong background in finance and information systems, with over a decade of hands-on experience in SAP functions. Your leadership skills are exceptional, and you have a proven track record of managing successful ERP implementations. You are adept at business process consulting, with a keen eye for process architecture and design. Your experience spans across various integrations, including FI-SD and FI-MM, and you have a solid understanding of financial processes in P2P and R2R. You are a strategic thinker, capable of guiding and mentoring your team to achieve excellence. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are always on the lookout for emerging SAP technologies and trends to optimize financial operations and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Lead a team of SAP professionals in the design, development, and implementation of SAP FICO S/4 HANA solutions.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
  3. Manage multiple SAP FICO S/4 HANA projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
  4. Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and innovations, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize financial operations and reporting.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

What You’ll Need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of extensive experience in SAP functions, specializing in FICO, with practical ERP implementation expertise.
  3. Experience in Business Process Consulting, including Process Architecture and Design.
  4. Functional experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  5. Experience in FI-SD & FI-MM Integration.
