Founding Product Engineer

As a Founding Product Engineer, your responsibility would be to help us build and scale our product from the ground up. You must be willing to bet on yourself and build expertise quickly.
We’re excited to welcome someone who has a strong startup mindset. They get a kick from the type 2 fun from spending long hours solving impossible tasks. They are curious, impatient to learn, opinionated, and excited about making a dent in the world. Your passion and motivation are important to us.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience in full-stack development.
- You have experience designing cloud architectures.
- Strong proficiency in frontend and backend languages. Preferred frontend language is Typescript (NextJS is a plus), and preferred backend language is anything that is strongly typed (Java, Scala, Rust).
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database design. (PySpark is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with cloud and auth platforms (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare, Clerk) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with A/B experimentation, ML modeling, and deployments.
