Specialty Project Designer and Engineer

Genesis Innovations Corp., Loveland, CO seeks Specialty Project Designer and Engineer. Coordinate projects involving cabinetry, millwork, passage doors, stair and unique components through design and engineering to production and installation. Create plan for sequence of operations to fabricate, assemble and install custom products. Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings. Create 3D modeled submittal drawings. Create 3D and 2D specification drawings. Create submittal packages. Complete field measures with 3D Disto as necessary. Create and edit CNC programs. Create templates/jibs for production and installation. Develop and document manufacturing programming and maintain documentation for production and installation. Integrate finished wood products with other materials. Estimate and manage production costs to keep projects within budget and ensure efficiency. Communicate with designers, architects, owners and their representatives, project managers, the production department and installers. $90,000/Yr. Med., dental, vol. life & STD/LTD, 401K/IRA, PTO. Req. High school/GED. 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or related. 2 years of undergraduate education in an engineering field. At least one year of experience in the following skills/technologies: 1. Understanding the capabilities of woodworking and metal working, with regards to design, application, machinery, construction, fabrication and installation. 2. AutoCAD 2D / 3D. 3. AlphaCam. 4.
