LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client, a reputable company located in the heart of Manhattan This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in a dynamic and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparing and distributing various reports as needed.
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and other documents.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
- Prior Accounting experience or knowledge, a plus.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work five days a week in the office.
- 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday
- 100% in office
- Contract to Hire
