We are seeking an Aluminum Welder to become an integral part of our team The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld. We are 100% employee-owned Our work schedule is four, ten hour days (Monday through Thursday). Currently 8 days (80 hours) Apply NOW Setting up interviews Responsibilities: Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding. Remove rough spots from work pieces, using portable grinders. Chip or grind off excess weld or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers & portable grinders. Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits. Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, using processes such as gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc & plasma arc. Position and secure work pieces, using hoists, cranes, wire, and banding machines or hand tools. Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material. ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in aluminum welding, manufacturing, or other related fields Familiarity with welding tools and procedures Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics Ability to handle physical workload Company Description Completive pay, sign on bonus, and referral bonus Company Description Completive pay, sign on bonus, and referral bonus
