PLEASE REVIEW THE HOURS BEFORE APPLYING TO THIS ROLE. THIS SHIFT WILL BE EITHER:
- 12 hour shifts on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and every other Wednesday overnight from 7pm-7am
- OR 12 hour shifts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and every other Wednesday overnight from 7pm-7am
Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's team in Hillsboro, OR. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Our client has continued rapid growth and are adding headcount to their team because of this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Attend meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Support domestic and international shipments, including communication with vendors and inputting purchase orders.
- Create quotes, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using SAP is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
