Job Description
We are seeking dedicated medical assemblers for our day and swing shifts. As a contract manufacturer of medical device tubing, you will be assembling various types of custom tubing using hand tools and microscopes. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment, and wearing a bunny suit to maintain product cleanliness. You will primarily be seated, though some tasks may require standing.
Responsibilities- Follow instructions and meet schedules and priorities.
- Ensure excellent attention to detail and work well within a team.
- Produce consistently high-quality results.
- Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures.
- Learn new equipment and processes quickly and demonstrate proficiency.
- Document material transfers, completion of manufacturing steps, and verification.
- Ensure processes and materials comply with quality system requirements.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience with hand tools such as cutters, tweezers, and razor blades.
- Proficiency in using microscopes.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6 am-4:30 pm ($18.00-19.00/hr).
Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 4 pm-1:30 am ($20.00-21.00/hr).
Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 6 am-6 pm (work 36 hours but get paid for 40). ($18-19.00/hr)
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00
