Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Job Description- As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for working within the manufacturing facility to manufacture window shades.
- You will ensure that products are manufactured to a high standard while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Carry out assigned duties in line with the company’s Operational Procedures.
- Ensure products are being manufactured to a high standard and quality is constantly maintained.
- Work as a member of the wider production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time dispatch targets are met.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation and/or area.
- Read and understand Standard Work Instructions in the form of text and pictures.
- Operate any machinery/power tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Conduct basic quality checks.
- Report equipment faults to your designated supervisor.
- Report for work on time and perform to the best of your ability when on site.
- Work in a range of departments including Production Lines, Aluminium Processing, and Dispatch.
- 2+ years manufacturing production experience. Experience in production, general labor, and packaging.
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn new processes.
- We offer a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Fort Worth, TX
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
