TEKsystems is hiring: Customer Service Representative in Aurora

Description

This position requires a lot of critical thinking, the daily responsibilities include:

1) Respond to customer’s (borrowers & lenders) needs for system support and training.

2) Set up and maintain accurate records in database.

3) Maintain security and integrity controls of customer data for lending and Decisioning criteria.

4) Provide field representative support and assist with various department projects, as needed.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES:

• Must be able to work 11:30-8:00pm Monday - Friday and at least every other Saturday
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment (want them in each role for 1-2+ years)
• Must be able to work in office
• Must have reliable transportation
• Can't have any planned time off for first 90 days (Heavy training period and they will fall way behind
• Willing to learn/eager to find a career
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Be able to work in a team environment
• GED or High School Diploma

NICE TO HAVE:

-Previous experience working in a dealership or financial institution

-Previous experience in a credit union

-Direct experience with auto loans is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
