Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Senior Investment Strategist – Managing Director Level to join the Front Barnett team within our Wealth Management business. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and managing investment strategies for the organization and its clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-touch client service and dedicated operational support to firm management, our advisors, and their High-Net-Worth individual clients. Responsibilities: Recommend suitable investment products consistent with the Front Barnett investment philosophy focusing on a fundamental driven, high quality, growth and value discipline for equity asset classes and a conservative, duration-controlled approach to fixed income management. Provide portfolio managers with asset allocation guidelines and advice on projected strengths and weaknesses of investment approaches. Conduct and direct investment analyses, asset allocation studies, and research on investment strategies. Remain current with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice to clients. Responsible for developing and marketing specialized asset allocation products and services. Serve on the investment committee and responsible for disseminating and presenting research results and findings. Maintain a visible profile externally and with clients to provide investor education and other types of client engagement and support as requested. Participate in industry conferences and seminars to expand knowledge and network with potential clients. Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of investment experience as an investment strategist or portfolio management, primarily focused on growth and value discipline within equity asset classes. Bachelor’s degree, combined with an MBA/Law degree from an academic rigorous education. CFA designation preferred. Excellent understanding of investment strategies, financial planning and portfolio management. Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive “can-do” attitude. Exceptional organization, research and time management skills; attention to detail. Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective and timely management of project multitasking. Ability to work in a team environment.
