Territory Sales Manager - West Coast
Remote-based
$110-130k + market leading commission plan
We are looking for a results-driven Life Science Capital Equipment Sales professional to join a small but growing sales team, in order to drive their growing market presence across the US. This role is pivotal in driving growth and you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of their clients.
Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and engage with potential customers, including research institutions, universities, and industrial laboratories.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate our range of scientific instrumentation to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions and support to customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Territory Sales Manager Requirements: Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in Life Sciences/Scientific Instrumentation, ideally selling Capital Equipment/Automated Liquid Handlers/Pipetting Robots/qPCR instruments
Strong understanding of the scientific landscape and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel as required.
