Enterprise Strategy Consulting Director
is responsible for leading larger scale or enterprise-wide level engagement teams and complex projects that cross multiple business units while problem-solving difficult challenges with known and unknown solutions. Work independently to partner with business leaders and teams to scope, define, and coordinate initiatives in support of business innovation and strategy. How you will make an impact: Serves as an internal consultant to department leaders on the development and refinement of strategic plans. Plays a key role in driving major corporate strategy and innovation initiatives as well as short- and long-range planning processed enterprise-wide. Develops and communicates corporate-level strategies and innovation opportunities to executives that may include new business opportunities and competitive positioning. Leads market analyses initiatives targeted to drive growth. Develops and refines performance measures and internal/external benchmarks to develop an information framework that supports desired business outcomes. Develops complex financial and investment models and participates in preparing ROI analysis for ASC Team members and senior management while demonstrating thought leadership, innovative tendencies, and an ability to execute on strategy. Relationship building and communication acumen including positive executive-level interaction experiences and an ability to engage in difficult conversations are key performance indicators for the Strategic Consultant Dir, who also provides engagement/project oversight, establishes and reports on key metrics and measurements, and shares general status updates. Facilitates large cross-functional working sessions or meetings to align strategy and plan while also providing Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience in management consulting, change management, large-scale project management, and/or process improvement leadership; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent computer skills, demonstrating fluency with all key packages, with written, oral and presentation skills necessary to successfully influence senior executives strongly preferred. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with demonstrated project management skills strongly preferred. Master’s Degree preferred. Ability to travel may be required.
