The Director of Market Development will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of the uRDN therapy and increasing the accessible market size for uRDN. Initially, the leader will focus on mapping out the patient pathway for uRDN, understanding the barriers and needs at different stages, and building initiatives to optimize the pathway. The candidate will be working closely with the field Therapy Development Team to execute market development programs in order to fill the patient funnel and drive referrals. This is a people leader position and will report into the Vice President of Marketing & Market Access. Responsibilities and Duties:

Immerse in the field to gain deep customer insights on adoption barriers. Work with field Therapy Development team to map out uRDN patient pathway to understand stakeholders at different stages and unmet needs to be filled. Build comprehensive market development plan to break down barriers and drive uRDN adoption in both referring and interventional physicians. Strategically prioritize investment on initiatives to maximize speed of execution and accelerate business impact. Lead cross-functional teams to design programs and initiatives to optimize patient funnel and referral pathway. Work closely with field Therapy Development team to build and execute innovative programs in targeted accounts that are aligned to commercial goals. Build marketing assets and tools needed to support field Therapy Development team. Perform analytics and develop dashboard to measure impact of initiatives. Close partnership with Marketing to share best practices and identify synergistic opportunities for collaboration. Work closely with Marketing and Marcom to execute digital marketing campaigns on targeting referring physicians and lead generation. Provide support to Pipeline Marketing and Scientific/Medical Affairs on assessment of new opportunities to expand uRDN addressable market. Build a world-class market development team based on resource and capability needs. Support local customer engagement events as needed. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of medical device industry experience in Marketing and/or Market Development; additional experience in pharma cardiovascular/hypertension marketing development a plus. Proven track record in driving emerging therapy adoptions. Strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Excellent program management and execution skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Therapy Development, Marketing and Sales to execute market development programs. Ability to partner and collaborate with external stakeholders including physicians and administrators. Experience working in high functioning cross-functional teams. Effective people leader who can attract talents and build a strong and motivated team. Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. Expect to travel up to 40% of the time. Prior experience with building referral pathway for emerging technologies highly preferred. Salary Range: $223,604 - $267,546 (Annual Base Salary) The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
