Position Summary: This individual will work closely with the Director of Financial Aid and other senior members of financial aid and enrollment staff to plan and assess the strategies and tactics needed to achieve stated enrollment goals with a specific emphasis on data analysis. Responsibilities include conducting analyses, developing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial aid policies. Essential Functions: Data Analysis, Modeling, and Reporting: Update and develop Financial Aid Dashboard reports for senior staff. Conduct data analyses to model and assess existing and proposed aid initiatives. Prepare and submit regular financial aid data reports to internal and external audiences. Translate data for presentation and discussion. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Clear written and oral English communication ability. Solid mathematical skills and familiarity with accounting methods. Experience with strategic planning and problem solving. Required Qualifications: 5 or more years working in financial aid or related field. Experience in data collection, preparation, analysis, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in a field utilizing quantitative research methods. Proficiency with data visualization tools. Work Schedule:
The University’s administrative offices are open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This position is eligible for partial remote work. Salary Grade:
