Job Overview As a Senior Software Implementation Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our implementation team, working with clients, senior engineers, and data scientists to facilitate the successful and efficient adoption of our solutions. This position will report directly to the Director of Product Management and Solutions. Responsibilities Work with the implementation and sales teams to gather client requirements and assist in creating implementation plans Assist in configuring and customizing our products to align with client needs and integrate them into their existing systems and solutions Participate in the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely project completion and client satisfaction Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineers to provide effective solutions during the implementation phase Document implementation processes, best practices, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing and client reference Work closely with cross-functional teams, including prompt-engineering, sales, support, and development, to ensure efficient and successful customer solution delivery Provide training and technical assistance to clients, guiding them through product functionalities and usage Work with clients and partners to develop optimal prompts for their use cases Continuous learning regarding how LLM’s and associated tools may improve existing and new solutions Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in a technical role, such as technical support, software development, or software maintenance Knowledge of programming languages, scripting, system configuration, and designing secure and scalable systems in Python (required) and other modern languages (preferred); experience with Git Familiarity with cloud technologies (especially experience with GCP - preferred), APIs, and database management Proven familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering strategies and tactics Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and troubleshooting Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving client needs and project requirements Requires strong consultative mindset and customer expectation management skills Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plans Opportunities for growth and professional development A collaborative and supportive company culture that values diversity and inclusion Access to cutting-edge technology and resources for research and development Compensation: $150,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity Lazarus AI is an equal opportunity employer.
