Description APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Provide user experience and interface design from Ideation to Implementation for a suite of Applications for Supply Chain Domain, including product planning tools, sales reporting dashboard, reseller collaboration system, and product lifecycle management system, used by Operations teams across different Geo, Sales Channel, OEM and Engineering groups. Help define strategy, objectives, and vision of a product set. Create and present user experience design, interactions, information architecture, and interface design artifacts, including journey maps, wireframes, high resolution mockups, clickable prototypes, and end-to-end process flows, to help communicate the digital solutions supply chain management solutions to key stakeholders. Ensure the consistency and high quality of design solutions. Optimize user experiences by developing supply chain related solutions which meet business goals and the user-centered designs. Conduct in-depth user research including design thinking, brainstorming sessions, interviews to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Implement creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices across the organization. Drive the direction, style, and methodology of user experience design and accessibility, utilizing tools such as Keynote, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. Develop and maintain user experience design systems and pattern libraries that promote consistency and scalability across digital products. Create and document design patterns, style guides, and UI components. Document user interaction details and design specifications. Perform front end user interface testing and reviews. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 - $264,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. PAY & BENEFITS:

Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Applied Learning Sciences, Design or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: Applying User Experience Design principles and methodologies to design, iterate, and prototype high-quality digital solutions from early concepts to high resolution mockups and interactive prototypes. Applying User Interface (UI) Design principles and methodologies to create mockups and design system UI components. Applying UX Research principles and methods, including interviews, focus groups, contextual inquiries, to collect information and synthesize insights from cross-functional stakeholders. Applying Visual Design principles and methodologies to design and evolve symbols and visual assets. Applying Service Design principles and methodologies to understand, analyze, and optimize process flows. Creating user experience flow maps and data visualizations. Using design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, to create high resolution mockups and clickable prototypes. Using presentation tools, such as Keynote, to create presentations and communicate ideas and design solutions.
