We are looking for an Investment Associate to help manage and develop all aspects of reporting compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940 (“1940 Act”) and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (“Advisers Act”) for Bivium and underlying managers, as well as assist in operational aspects of client service and finance. A successful candidate will have experience with performance calculations and reporting, be an intelligent, confident, independent/self-starter with a diverse skill set, excellent organizational and communication skills, a passionate attention to detail, be comfortable working independently, possess a positive attitude, and the ability to both strategically design and tactically implement the adviser’s programs.

Client Quarterly Reports Client Questionnaires Client Brokerage Reports Collect and upload prohibitive trade lists Broad Compliance Portfolio Monitoring
Quarterly database updates (eVestment, Wilshire, Callan) Quarterly composite updates Interfacing with clients and managers related to fulfillment of reporting obligations Support quarterly updates to Client and Manager profiles. Support quarterly updates to firm branding materials and templates (assessments, reviews, surveys, marketing books, etc.). Administering effective and efficient written compliance procedures and testing protocols Administering the Code of Ethics Performing special projects and other duties as assigned Reporting: The Client Investment Professional will report to Bivium’s Senior Vice President & Relationship Manager.
