Structural Project Engineers

to join us! Minimum Qualifications: B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Structural Engineering. 3+ years of related experience in structural engineering. Fast learners with ambition and the ability to handle increased responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and colleagues. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and conducting design work on building structures requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, and application of engineering techniques. Experience with procedures and criteria for various project types, including but not limited to concrete, steel, masonry, and wood. Works with project team internally and externally to deliver projects. Introduction to mentoring junior technical staff. Candidates should have: 3+ years working in the field of structural engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred if having worked for 4+ years. Seismic design experience or education. Verbal communication skills, including listening and questioning. Presentation skills to contribute to team talks, technical sessions, and project presentations. Computer software skills: Intermediate MS Word, Advanced MS Excel. Intermediate ETABS, SAP, Risa (or equivalent). Problem-solving skills. Sound technical skills: understands structural engineering design principles. Team player: works with project team. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience/skills and location.
