Position Overview
The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & National Accounts will develop and execute
strategies to foster high-impact partnerships and manage key national accounts. This role
requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building strategic relationships and
driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy to enhance
company growth and market presence.
Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with key industry players, including
potential clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success
and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify and leverage new
partnership opportunities.
National Accounts Management: Oversee the management and growth of national accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction
and retention levels.
Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and
long-term client relationships.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align account strategies with broader
company objectives and market demands.
Monitor account performance metrics and implement action plans to address any issues or
opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other executive leaders to align partnership and account strategies with
company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the
successful execution of partnership agreements and account initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis: Develop and present regular reports on partnership and account performance to the
executive team and board of directors.
Analyze market trends, partnership outcomes, and account metrics to make data-driven
decisions and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or
advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive strategic partnerships, account
management, or business development, with at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value partnerships and
national accounts.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data
and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and
maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving business
objectives.
Experience in Automotive SaaS is preferred. Dallas location
