Ideal Candidate:
Insatiable hunger for providing world class automation solutions to customers Proven track record of team leadership Dedicated advocate for Koops culture and values Extensive commercial experience and direct customer interactions Ability to provide technical engineering mentorship to the team Minimum of ten-years of proven technical sales leadership
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Account Managers and Applications Engineers Ability to build long-term customer relationships, lead, and execute sales activities Working leader that is capable of casting a vision, motivating a sales team, while exuding Koops culture Strategic commercial planning Ability to instill KPIs, forecasts, accountability, and continuous improvement within sales Negotiate contracts ranging from $5MM - $25MM Willingness to travel up to 15% Must work onsite in Greenville, South Carolina
