is to create further alignment across the Supply Chain functions and drive operational excellence throughout our global organization, delivering increased profitability for the company through successful execution of the Supply Chain strategy. The VP will lead the transformation of the end-to-end supply chain whilst also managing the ongoing relationship and operational delivery of the service to certain customer accounts; they will establish relationships and maintain significant collaboration with key customers and suppliers, execute development plans and activities that will have a major impact on achieving a sustained improvement in the performance of the supply chain and high levels of customer performance whilst minimizing cost. About You: Direct accountability for a multi-disciplinary team spread across multiple geographies and focused on developing the resilience of the supply chain, driving the strategic sourcing of critical raw materials, improving supplier capacity and increasing manufacturing efficiencies through technology maturation and lean principles. Functional Leadership and Direction including setting the Supply Chain strategy and agenda and leading on new functional processes, tools and methods, deploying Supply Chain best practice globally; Global and Regional Leadership and Direction as part of the broader Incora Leadership Team. Accountability for the performance of selected global suppliers supporting a broad range of Customers. Lead the development of Supply Chain services across a number of Incora locations and customer accounts, contributing to customer growth strategies, customer service levels and cost minimization/profit maximization in line with group strategy, using best practice to minimize working capital and cost whilst maximizing business opportunities and growth. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead functional and cross-functional business activities in line with strategy, policy and financial targets to ensure consistent growth and improvement in the business metrics to maximize value. Grow the business profitably by identifying key cost-saving opportunities and by ensuring a cost-effective fit-for-purpose organization that can deliver results. Manage senior relationships with suppliers at MD/CEO level and develop strong relationships with customers. Manage supplier performance, and drive supplier development and performance excellence programs to ensure all aspects of customer expectations are met or exceeded. Control and manage functional budget, provide accurate business forecasts and contribute to decision-making on strategic investment. Take an active role in the Forecasting, Planning, Inventory management and procurement activities, working cross-functionally to ensure the best possible outcome for customers, suppliers and Incora as a whole. Oversee the implementation and governance of functional as well as global business processes, ensuring quality standards, procedures and audit processes remain compliant with regulatory and industry standards. Drive the external image and perception of the businesses through the provision of strong customer service and relationships, ensuring the business is seen as class-leading. Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement in results, processes, and team capabilities in conjunction with other functions and the global leadership team, in order to enhance business performance. Manage the internal image and perception of the function through strong management, service and relationships ensuring core values and behaviors are rigorously applied within the function and the business more broadly. Provide strong leadership and proactively manage performance aligning employees’ accountabilities and objectives to deliver the strategic and operational aims of the business and coach functional management teams to support their development. Measures of Performance: Development and deployment of functional and regional strategy. Improvement of Supplier Performance to meet customer expectation. Achievement of financial targets for the function in line with strategy and budget. Adherence to internal processes and creation or improvement of such processes in line with the long-term vision for the function and the business. Qualifications and Experience: Degree level education or equivalent, preferably with a formal business qualification e.g. MBA and CIPS / IPICS or equivalent. Advanced knowledge and expertise of general business and supply chain management. A high degree of cross-functional business process knowledge and significant commercial acumen at company level. Extensive experience of: people leadership; supply chain operations; establishing, driving and developing senior level supply chain relationships; customer relationship management and working in the aerospace industry. Competencies and Behaviors: Excellent communication and influencing skills. Project leadership. Excellent people manager and motivator. Proven ability to champion and implement change. Financially astute and understanding of balance sheet drivers. Excellent Leadership Skills. Foreign language skills desirable. Significant change management experience.
