Key Responsibilities

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will:

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Load materials into plants based on production needs.
• Gain expertise in aggregate sizes, classifications, and weight requirements.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
• Take initiative, working independently with minimal supervision.

What Were Looking For

• Proficiency in operating front-end loaders.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment (preferred).
• Experience with rock crushers and screening equipment is a bonus.

• Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety regulations.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including various shifts, overtime, and out-of-town assignments.

Physical Requirements

This role involves:

• Lifting 25-50 lbs. regularly.
• Repetitive movements, including bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Working in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
• Tolerating noise, vibrations, and physical activity for extended periods.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Passing a pre-employment drug test.
• Successfully completing a pre-employment physical.
