Job Summary: As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of service, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving revenue, and upholding the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
· Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated service staff.

2. Operations Management:
· Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
· Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence.
· Monitor and manage overall restaurant cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
3. Guest Experience:
· Uphold the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality by ensuring guests receive outstanding service.
· Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
4. Financial Management:
· Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
· Monitor and control operational costs, including food, beverage and labor expenses.
· Work with the management team to Implement effective strategies to drive sales.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
· Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination.
· Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards and optimize costs.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
· In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage trends.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
