• Must have the ability to work safely and abide by all Company HSE standards.
• Must be physically fit to perform heavy manual labor
• Must be able to read, write and keep accurate records
• Must be quality conscious and follow safety rules and regulations
• Must be willing to work within a team atmosphere
• Must be able to operate a lift truck
• Must be trainable in machine set-up and adjustment
• Must be trainable in SPC and charting procedures
