Production Line Helper Job at Crown Staffing - Cincinnati West in Florence

We are seeking Line Helpers to assist Team Leads in operating slitter lines. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control testing to maintain precision and product excellence.
• Operate extruders and annealers to produce PET sheets and coils.
• Set up and operate PET lines based on scheduled orders.
• Calibrate mixing bins to prepare materials for production.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Chop and repurpose materials for regrind processes.
• Gain familiarity with various machinery, including dies, mills, and bridles.
• Safely operate cranes and fork trucks for material handling.
• Use hand tools for equipment adjustments and changeovers.
• Adapt to additional duties as required to support company goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and integrity.

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts

• Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (36 hours)
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (48 hours)
