Jr. Data Analyst Location: Clearwater, FL, 33762 ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE Summary Enhance Health is seeking a highly motivated and analytical recent post-graduate to join our dynamic Operations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through a 1-2 year program with 3-6 month rotations in various business units, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of our operations. Responsibilities Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL to provide insights and support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements Contribute to the creation of dashboards and visualizations to enhance data-driven decision making Participate in project management activities, including task planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical information into actionable recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Data Analytics, or Information Systems Proficiency in SQL , with the ability to write complex queries and perform data manipulation Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies Passion for using data to drive business impact Skills: SQL Python Visualization Tools Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life 401k Matching PTO Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
