We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role is pivotal in providing a wide range of legal services related to property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and other real estate matters. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in complex real estate transactions, entity formation, real estate finance, and corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Transactional Real Estate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a broad range of real estate agreements including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and development agreements. 2. Advising on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of commercial, industrial, and residential properties. 3. Handling complex real estate transactions, including serial entity formation and financing options. 4. Providing legal advice on limited partnership agreements, real estate disputes, entity taxation, and corporate governance. 5. Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions on a variety of real estate matters. 6. Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting real estate documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure they are legally sound. 7. Performing title reviews and advising clients on any potential legal issues. 8. Representing and advocating for clients in disputes related to real estate transactions. 9. Collaborating with other members of the legal team to develop strategies for managing legal risks.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Transactional Real Estate Attorney, you must have:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. A license to practice law in the state. 3. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a real estate attorney with a strong focus on transactional matters. 4. Proven experience in handling complex real estate transactions including serial entity formation, financing options, limited partnership agreements, real estate disputes, entity taxation, and corporate governance. 5. Demonstrated ability to negotiate, draft, and review complex real estate agreements. 6. Strong knowledge of real estate finance, including various financing options and structures. 7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and communicate effectively with clients and team members. 9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 10. Proficiency in legal research and the ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies related to real estate transactions.
