Overview

This person will assist and facilitate all OVG corporate managed websites and support the venue level websites via agency management, direct collaboration with venue level teams and corporate teams. This role will partner cross-functionally to analyze and report data across websites within OVG ecosystem, assess SEO landscape while offering solutions increase search presence through keyword targeting, blogs, technical skills, link building and utilizing tools, general web experience with knowledge of building and launching websites from ground up and the understanding of web principles pertaining to design elements. The candidate will be very close to all Digital KPIs and target areas of success for replication and weakness for intervention to maximize the websites traffic and data capture from both B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate has a passion for live experiences through digital lens.

This role will pay a yearly salary of $77,000 to $92,100.

Responsibilities Ability to assess SEO landscape and understand strengths and weaknesses while offering solutions to generate traffic through content optimizations Flexibility to pitch ideas based on web metrics and provide feedback to improve UX and traffic on sites. Ability to offer resolutions to complex problems; including market research to recommend solutions that will ultimately increase guest satisfaction. Dedicated to impacting and improving Digital KPIs through omnichannel strategies through all touchpoints. Ability to work closely with internal and external teams to understand their requirements and to meet their goals. Understanding of general UI/UX principles and how it can affect a given user journey with the ability to optimize. The confidence to raise awareness of issues that might hinder a critical launch - from code related launch blockers to missing approvals, this role would be integral in ensuring that all boxes are checked prior to launch. A team player - someone who can jump into any aspect of digital and offer assistance or lead an initiative, whether big or small. Collaborate with other members of the team to provide in-depth analysis of products and other web standards. Documentation within internal tools and generally understanding the product inside and out. Monthly reporting of data pertaining to web KPIs, feature sets and health of websites to executives. Creation and maintenance of robust ticketing, user stories, business rules and executive decisions as related to the digital product. Maintaining alignment with business priorities and guiding team to stay on track toward achieving its goals while escalating as needed. Manage the delivery of AB tests while monitoring the data that flows through to ensure smooth progress and accurate results, keeping close breadth to KPIs set up during development. Digital production skills - ability and willingness to jump into the CMS if the need arises Process establishment - as process gaps are identified, ability the recommend and implement process improvements is critical. Ability to step in to provide guidance with building, updating and standing up website from ground zero - procuring domain, routing DNS, standing up CMS instance, etc. Qualifications

3-4 years of dedicated, progressive digital & web experience Experience utilizing SEM Rush to create SEO plans for web optimization Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Monday.com Experience directly with Website CMS (ie Wordpress) and DNS management tools Experience with GA4, GTM, GSC and dashboard tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau Exceptional attention to detail with UX/UI in mind Experience in development and design Creating data driven decisions to achieve ambitious web goals Experience within the Digital landscape, particularly in digital production, UX/UI and mapping Experience with Microsoft infrastructure Experience with content managements systems and analytics platforms Experience with reporting data and keeping a pulse on Web KPIs Experience with developing and managing product roadmaps Critical thinking and problem resolution skills Ability to work independently, provide updates, and ask for assistance when needed A problem-solver and self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment - Savvy, scrappy and opportunistic. College graduate Customer-focused. Passionate about driving an outstanding customer experience. Possesses confidence and creativity, yet self-aware. General HTML, CSS experience would be a nice to have.
