Job Details Project Management: Lead and manage engineering and technician teams to ensure successful project completion. Coordination: Oversee structural design scope, coordinating efforts both in-house and with external consultants. Planning and Budgeting: Create, monitor, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for design. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors throughout design and construction phases. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute project-specific QA/QC plans. Mentorship: Support and mentor less-experienced staff, fostering their professional growth. Representation: Attend project meetings, representing Martin/Martin during design and construction phases. Relationship Building: Actively build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program 9 years of progressive engineering experience (MSCE/MSAE counts as 1 year; passing the 16-hour SE exam also counts as 1 year) Proven leadership skills that support the company’s long-term growth

Desired Qualifications: Extensive experience in designing and managing projects from initial design through construction completion Strong internal and external communication skills Advanced project management expertise Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proven capability to manage confidential information responsibly
