Job Details
Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of cost volumes, ROMs, risk analysis, cost models and other analysis required to support the objectives of the company. Evaluates BOE’s for adequacy. Supports proposal audits, fact finding and contract negotiation discussions. Supports, and provides advice on policy and regulation issues as they relate to FAR, DFARS, CAS and internal policies and procedures. Gathers, organizes, and incorporates historical data and source documentation in cost proposal development. Works with Contracts Manager to define requirements and ensures that all pricing and estimating products are compliant with the RFP requirements and free from error. Ensures compliance with Estimating System requirements. Continued focus and analysis on cost development and risk posture to ensure successful program execution. Maintains labor rates, indirect rates, and escalation factors in pricing system.
Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations Experience with CAS & Disclosure Requirements including TINA. Experience conducting complex cost analysis and risk modeling. Proficiency in ProPricer
