We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Engineer with expertise in ceramics, foundry, or refractory environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science and a proven track record of conducting innovative research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead research projects focused on the development and optimization of ceramic and refractory materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and process improvements. Analyze experimental data and present findings to stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Qualifications:
Bachelors or Materials Science or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in ceramics, foundry, or refractory applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
