Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects, ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. 2. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the project's scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing. 3. Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately. 4. Ensure all construction activities comply with quality assurance and safety regulations. 5. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks. 6. Coordinate and manage contractors and construction teams, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to plan. 7. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates on project progress. 8. Resolve any issues or delays in the project in a timely and effective manner. 9. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of risk management and ability to conduct thorough risk assessments. 2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations. 4. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications. 5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. 7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 9. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
