Job Summary:

Join

RailPros

as a

NetSuite Administrator and Architect , where you'll play a crucial role in leading the administration, design, implementation, and support of

NetSuite ERP applications

across Finance and Accounting, Operations, HR, IT, and enabling functions. This

hybrid Accounting/IT technical role

involves managing enterprise applications, maintenance, and the delivery of

IT ERP support

organization-wide. Key responsibilities include accounting and finance, procurement, enterprise performance, inventory management, project accounting, integration, automation, and business reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Support

NetSuite initiatives to enhance internal controls, increase audit efficiencies, and drive process optimization with a focus on system operations, change management, security, and interfaces with external technologies. Participate in formalized

system implementations , ensuring appropriate controls are designed and implemented. Analyze processes, risks, and controls related to

ERP (NetSuite) , identifying improvement opportunities and partnering with management to resolve deficiencies. Maintain detailed

process documentation

and workflows to ensure understanding of NetSuite configuration and data flows. Collaborate with vendors for IT, data, and process integration into the

ERP platform . Work with stakeholders to establish system roadmap priorities for business functions. Manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced support environment. Project and Program Accounting:

Collaborate with the Accounting team to set up and maintain new projects in

NetSuite . Establish best practices for revenue and expense management at the project/customer/job level, including revenue recognition setup by project type. Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline customer billing, profitability, and reporting. Conduct ongoing training for key NetSuite users to maximize automation and value from the system. Workflow & Process Optimization:

Design and maintain

NetSuite workflows , scripts, and customizations. Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions. Identify and implement process improvements and automation. Support & Troubleshooting:

Serve as the primary contact for

NetSuite issues , ensuring timely resolution and end-user support. Manage system upgrades and integrations with IT and third-party vendors. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes. Implementation & Integration:

Lead end-to-end

NetSuite implementations , including data migration and system integration. Design, implement, and monitor

API integrations . Create and maintain documentation for all API integrations, ensuring adherence to security best practices. Lead testing and validation of API integrations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assess current system design and make recommendations for improvements. Perform other duties as assigned to meet

business needs . Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong knowledge of

NetSuite , including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. Solid grasp of

accounting and finance processes . Hands-on experience with

ERP management , including oversight of administration and operations. Strong knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards within

NetSuite . Understanding of SOX internal controls and corporate policies. Proficiency in

BI/Reporting solutions , primarily

MS PowerBI . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive problem solver with a continuous learning mindset. Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering , or relevant professional experience. 10+ years

of relevant

IT

and

business experience . Preferred Education and Experience:

Oracle

NetSuite administration certification

is a plus. Proven experience in application administration, development, and support, preferably within the
