The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating audit engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. 3. Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audits in the nonprofit and construction sectors. 4. Extensive knowledge of external audit procedures and regulations. 5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex audit issues. 8. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. 10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
