We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, requiring a balance of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and have a strong ability to multitask.
Administrative Tasks: Log incoming emails and new contacts Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital Manage client intakes and onboarding processes Handle basic accounting tasks, including monthly invoicing Answer and route phone calls efficiently Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Legal Support:Assist attorneys with court filings Review and revise legal documents, such as pleadings Manage attorneys’ calendars and scheduling Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Notary Public certification (preferred, not required)
