Job Details



Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing engineering department.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor effective manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Lead a team of manufacturing engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
7. Manage the budget of the manufacturing engineering department, ensuring optimal use of resources.
8. Provide technical expertise and support to the manufacturing team, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
9. Stay updated with latest manufacturing technologies and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proven experience in process improvement, with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Strong knowledge of industry safety and quality standards.
7. Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and project management tools.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
