Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

In this position you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and developing Manufacturing Processes for efficiency and ease of product flow
- Improving process efficiency by analyzing workflow and utilizing Lean Manufacturing
- Providing manufacturing decisions based on calculating costs, requirements, and cycle times
- Performing time studies
- Instructing necessary associates of the proper operations of equipment within the department
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
- Helping set and accomplish established manufacturing goals
- Provides feedback and pro-active communication to supervisor, management, and co-workers to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with the Quality Team to trouble shoot rejection causes and corrective actions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering from four-year college or university, experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- One year of manufacturing experience
