Drips: Titration only per order and policies. Common Drips: Managed by primary RN. Telemetry/Monitor Techs: Not applicable; telemetry monitoring is available for afib, bradycardia, or arrhythmias. CPAP/BiPAP: Rarely present; maintained by RT if applicable. Charge Nurse & Support: Charge Nurse or House Supervisor available, along with a Rapid Response Team/admin representative. Shift & Schedule Details: Shifts: Two 12-hour shifts per week (Day or Night). Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Holiday Requirement: Yes. On-Call: On-call starts after scheduled shifts and ends at 6:00 AM the next morning. Every 3rd Sunday for emergent dialysis runs and rounding with the nephrologist. Call-back pay applies, with overtime if required. Scheduled shifts must still be completed. Additional Information: Floating: Not required. Scrub Color: Navy Blue. Orientation: Comprehensive orientation specific to Dialysis, including training on new Tablo equipment. Additional Notes: May assist in orienting others as needed.
