Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and able to multitask effectively. This role involves managing office operations, scheduling meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure the office environment is organized and functional.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, handle correspondence (emails, letters, packages), and relay important information to the team.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, or customers, offering excellent customer service.
  • Support Teams: Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed. Assist with various special projects and tasks.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
