Project Manager Adaptive Construction Solutions - Houston, TX, United States Job description Pay Benefits of the Project Manager: $70,000 to $80,000 per year salary. Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met. Stay up to date with prevailing wage regulations, apprenticeship standards, and other applicable labor laws at the federal, state, and local levels. Ensure that project activities, certified payroll records, and wage rates comply with prevailing wage laws. Partner with key internal stakeholders to facilitate the recruitment, hiring, and training of apprentices as required by project specifications. maintain accurate records of labor hours, wages, and apprenticeship participation for each project. Facilitate the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation to clients, including certified payroll reports. Collaborate with the compliance team to respond to audits or inquiries. Monitor project progress of actual apprentice labor hours against the planned labor curves and communicate to customer the need to take corrective actions when behind on apprentice labor hours. Work with the recruiting team to adjust the allocation and onboarding of apprentices to maintain compliance with apprenticeship requirements. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Qualifications of the Project Manager: Proven experience as a Project Manager or 3 years as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
