Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a program manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a proven track record in technical sales, which will align successfully in the organization. ? Job Title: Project Manager Location: Remote Pay Range: 30-35/hr W2 ? What's the job? Maintain detailed reports monthly (OPP Eligible Device Lists) Create program resource guides, FAQs, process documentation, and content to ensure smooth onboarding and decrease churn. Adhere to all SLAs-with sellers as well as internal business partners. Maintain working relationships with stakeholders across compliance, operations, CELA (legal), licensing, services, and partner teams. Build trust and confidence with our business partners by developing and demonstrating strong collaborative relationships. ? What's Needed? Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. Must be proficient with Excel, including using functions, pivot tables, and charts. Proven ability to successfully facilitate cross-functional communications. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptable to changing business needs. ? What's in it for me?
