Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our humanoid robot, Figure 02, is designed for commercial tasks and the home. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.We are looking for an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to help us design and test critical hardware to power our Humanoid. Responsibilities: Develop conceptual power architectures and conduct trade studies to support key design decisionsDesign and validate PCBAs for critical components of the humanoid like power converters and motor controllersSupport design reviews (schematics, layouts, etc) Support system integration and test activities by contributing to test execution and debuggingRequirements: Bachelor or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field3+ years of industry experienceKnowledge of power converter topologies and control theoryExperience working with low voltage (
