Robert Half is hiring: Data Reporting Analyst in Denver

We are currently on the lookout for a Data Reporting Analyst. As a part of our team in the Senior Care industry, your primary role will be to create comprehensive reports and analyses. You will be using your skills in data manipulation and Excel to structure and visualize hierarchical organizational data. This is a long-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an Excel spreadsheet to map out the organization's span and layer hierarchy

• Handle data from multiple sources and organize it into a hierarchical structure

• Use indentation and formatting to visually represent the direct reports under each manager

• Enhance the usability of the spreadsheet by incorporating features like pivot table applications

• Work in collaboration with senior leaders to refine the report based on initial walkthroughs and feedback

• Make sure to deliver a clean and actionable document in a timely manner

• Utilize tools such as Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, Erwin Data and Gap Analysis for data manipulation and reporting

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery

• Use Business Intelligence (BI) skills and Analytics to derive insights from the data

• Document business requirements for reference and future use

• Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation, preferably in HR or organizational contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including hierarchical structuring, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
• Effective communication skills to work with leadership and understand project requirements.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
