Receptionist
Employment Type: Temp to hire | Workplace Type: On Site|
Salary: $16 an hour
Location: Clearwater, FL 33760
Schedule Options: Monday through Friday 7am-4pm or 8am -5pm
What you will be doing:
- Answering Phones
- Printing Job Travelers
- Print and organize job travelers for production or project teams.
- Ensure all printed materials are accurately prepared and delivered on time.
- Completing Daily Timecards & Payroll Spreadsheet
- Entering Data into the System
- Ordering Supplies
- Stocking Office Supplies
- Assisting with Other Projects as Needed
What is required:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
