Industry-Leading Compensation & Benefits Package for Restaurant Assistant Managers includes:

• Competitive base salary with an achievable bonus – up to 15% of base pay
• 2 weeks of paid vacation after 6 months – 3 weeks after 2 years

Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager leading teams of 30 or more
• Proven success managing annual sales volumes of $1.5 million or higher
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management and cost control
