Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities:
- You must have 6+ years in a Director or Regional title role
- You must have recent/current experience in full-service concepts that serves LBW
- You must have experience overseeing over 6+ locations
- You must have a track record of Company loyalty - no more than 3 jobs in 10 years
- You must have integrity, character, and professionalism
- You must be committed to CARING about the entire team - salaried and hourly
- You must be able to travel within your region
- Drive a culture of operational excellence
- Create over-the-top employee and guest experiences
- Coach GM's and Managers on leadership
- Operational excellence and financials
- Embrace and leverage diversity and inclusion; values diverse viewpoints
- Seek to understand and value employees’ unique needs and aspirations
- Establishes plans, communicates strategy, and measures specific financial goals to achieve sustained increases in restaurant sales and profitability
